I previously held supervisory roles in Hong Kong Island Shangri-La Hotel’s Business Centre and Christie’s (Auction), handling the clients’ experience, administration, office management, department budgeting, P&L review, and training.

I’m now the manager in charge of operational control & IT. This includes the firm’s financial control, administration support for advisers, HR, payroll, procurement, onboarding clients (preparing documents, meeting, KYC check, etc), liaising with 3rd party providers, preparation of monthly/quarterly reports, monthly compliance meetings and interacting with clients on behalf of advisors.

Outside of work

Outside of work, I have a cat called Fay-Fay. I enjoy travelling, movies, volleyball, badminton, basketball, food, gym, and getting together with my friends and family.

Earning my promotion in six months and acquiring all my licenses with David’s guidance.

It completely changed my view towards the financial services profession. The flexibility to explore different opportunities. Being out of the corporate cubicle and able to work with hard working & talented individuals.
