Technical Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a technical administrator to join our expanding team. The key purpose of this role is to provide administrative and technical support in all aspects of financial planning and advice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take the next step in their financial career at an exciting company.

The successful candidate’s key roles will include:

  • Supporting our paraplanner
  • Ensuring all documentation is maintained as per company procedures
  • Coordinating various administrative projects
  • Ensuring action points resulting from client meetings get diarised, actioned and completed as per business process
  • Providing a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and administrative enquiries
  • Preparing client documentation and correspondence before and after meetings following business processes
  • Sending letters of authority and gathering accurate information with the help of an administrative assistant
  • Ensuring all supporting documentation is maintained as per company procedures
  • Ensuring all work is followed up promptly in line with company standards.

This role is ideal for someone looking to continue progressing their development. However, there are a few essentials the successful candidate must have:

  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Electronic diary management experience
  • Knowledge of financial services products
  • Highly organised, methodical and disciplined
  • Able to prioritise and plan workload
  • Able to work within defined business processes
  • Able to analyse data effectively
  • Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
  • Shows initiative and takes personal responsibility for completing tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Adopts a positive attitude and is willing to assist others when busy
  • Able to work under pressure on occasions to achieve deadlines
  • Able to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision
  • At least three years of experience working as a financial services administrator
  • RO1 qualified
  • LP2 qualified.
